Return & Refund

If you are not completely satisfied with the item(s) you received, you may return your purchase for a full refund within 15 days of the delivery date. Original shipping charges are non- refundableFor international order customers, if you wish to return your purchase within 15 days, we will apply a Restock Fee of $20. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unaltered, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We reserve the right to deny a refund, exchange or store credit if the item(s) returned are not in original condition or do not meet our quality standards. Requests for refund or exchange of merchandise purchased must be accompanied by the original receipt. All shipping charges are non-refundable, no exceptions.

Please ensure that your return is accompanied by the original packaging to protect the products from damage during transit. We will not be able to issue a full refund for returns damaged due to improper packaging.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items and customized items .

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
